Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Health and personal care items
What You Need to Complete a Return
To complete your return, you need to provide:
- A receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take time for the refund to post.
- Contact your bank; processing times may delay refunds.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
- You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.
- Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, mail it to:

- You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returns.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
